Amid a great crowd of people, Imam Hussein Medical Center for the Hearing and Speech Impaired has revealed a dictionary of sign language, which is the first of its kind in Iraq.
The dictionary is a turning point in taking more care of the hearing and speech impaired people in Iraq.
