Replacement of the Banner of the Imam Hussein Holy Shrine Dome

After the red banner of the Imam Hussein holy shrine dome has been replaced with the a black one on the occasion of Muharram month; it has also been replaced with a red one today for receiving tomorrow the first day of Rabee' EL-Awal month corresponds to 12-Jan-2013, as the office of the supreme religious authority his Eminence Sayed Ali EL-Hussainy EL-Sayestany stated that tomorrow would be the first day of Rabee' EL-Awal month.
