Imam Hussain Holy Shrine begins construction of six schools for orphans in Al-Muthanna province

The General Secretariat of Imam Hussain Holy Shrine announced that it has started the construction of six schools for orphans in Al-Muthanna province.

The head of the Engineering Projects Department at the Holy Shrine, Engineer Hussein Rida, said, "Our staffs have started laying the foundations for the Imam Hussein Educational Complex for Orphans in the city of Samawa, the center of Al-Muthanna."

He added, "The complex consists of six schools designated for orphans, three of which are for males, elementary, middle and high, and the same for females, along with a kindergarten, an administration building, in addition to a five-a-side playground."

"The total area of ​​the land is five hectares, and the school's capacity will be 3000 male and female students," Reda added.

The Holy Shrine has built several educational and cultural complexes in different provinces around the country.
